My journey began in chaos—marked by confusion, trauma, and mental disassociation. I faced extreme challenges: homelessness, assault, unregulated psychic faculties, and financial stress. With no real tools and only unhealthy coping mechanisms, I made a decision to rewrite my story, transforming my life from struggle and isolation into one of joy, love, freedom, and prosperity.

Before this transformation, I spent over 15 years in the creative and video game industries, contributing to help people unlock their voice through communications, marketing, documentary & brand photography, and teaching social entrepreneurship & visual storytelling. I earned a B.A. in International Business from Haarlem Business School and a B.A. in Journalistic and Documentary Photography from the Royal Academy of Arts.
While pursuing these careers, I was also undergoing profound spiritual awakenings, which led me into consciousness coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, matrix energetics, somatic bodywork and teachers and mentors from many different countries and continents.
Today, I am the founder of The MERA LUMINA Center, a set of tools I developed over 15 years of inner work that helped me transform my life. Unlike traditional self-help methods that focus on external change, my approach works from within healing deep rooted trauma, anxiety, self-hate, and feelings of worthlessness.
